The PolyCool 2-in-1 is equipped with a sensor that ensures that the blending process only starts once all the air is vacuumed out. Vacuum technology makes sure that your smoothies won’t have any foaming, air bubbles, discolouration or layer separation–so it won’t just look and taste better, but will also retain up to 75% more vitamins and nutrients!
The 1000 watt motor rotates the blades up to 25,000 times per minute while the vacuum sealer applies a force of 40kPa. The 6 titanium-protected stainless steel blades ensure longevity and corrosion resistance, with the power to pulverise the hardest ingredients, including ice.
Thanks to the innovative vacuum technology the PolyCool Vacuum Blender has proven to ensure the levels of vitamins, minerals and nutrients within food and drinks are higher than when made with a traditional blender. Compared to other blenders, it retains 38% more vitamin A, 114% more vitamin E and 27% more vitamin C. Even after 48 hours, a PolyCool smoothie contains 114% more vitamin E, 27% more vitamin C and 38% more beta-carotene (found in vitamin A).
DETACHABLE VACUUM UNIT
The PolyCool 2-in-1 can also be used separately as a vacuum machine, and is compatible with specific vacuum bags and containers available on the market. As the vacuum unit is battery operated it allows you the option to use it with or without the whole machine.
