DESCRIPTION
As your child advances into preschool years, they are more focused on themselves; they like to accomplish activities on their own. The responsibility of adults is to observe and prepare the tools that children will need in order for them to do these activities on their own such as dressing and grooming. They may start to care more about their appearances as they want to look good. Thus, parents should give their children some freedom to be creative and pick their outfits instead of preparing for them. Parents also should encourage children to do such activities on their own. The purpose of these self-care activities is to allow children to be more independent, improve their concentration, control, and thereby perfecting their movements.
