Power up your back and biceps with a long (105cm) chin-up bar and close neutral grip bar. Attach your own resistance band to assist you with introducing chin-ups and pull-ups into your routine.
In addition to the bench press for activating your chest, the PTX-100 also features dip handles and comfort grip push up handles for the ultimate chest finishers.
There’s heaps of potential to get your core engaged with the decline crunch bench. For greater intensity in your core workout, the knee/leg-raise station will have you feeling the burn.
